This is a sample quote for 2 adults and 2 children ages 5 & 7 for a 5 night stay with 4 day Base tickets at Walt Disney World. Dates are in early December.

The three hotels quoted reflect the Value, Moderate and Deluxe categories. Walt Disney World has 32 resorts on property, so this is just a very small sample to give you an idea of categories, theming and pricing.

December is a great time to visit the resort as there Christmas at every turn as well as an evening party for an additional charge.

Walt Disney World has four distinctly different parks, plus two water parks. This sample trip only visits the parks.

Things you might enjoy at Magic Kingdom are:

Rides such as Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad are good for thrills, while Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and "it's a small world" are classic favorites.

Hollywood Studios:

Exciting rides you might try are Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, and Slinky Dog Dash. Fun for all is found at Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, Toy Story Mania!, and Star Tours.

Looking for entertainment? Besides the nighttime show Fantasmic! enjoy Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular and Disney Junior Dance Party.

There's a wide assortment of food and drink available including those of the adult variety. Fit right into Toy Story at Woody's Lunch Box, have Star Wars fare at Ronto Roasters, and pick from a wide variety of options at Sunset Ranch Market. Table service locations include the elegant Hollywood Brown Derby and the retro 50's Prime Time Cafe.

EPCOT:

Thrills are found on Test Track and Mission: Space, while families love Frozen Ever After, Soarin' Around the World, and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. EPCOT is all about learning and hands on  exploring and you'll find plenty of opportunities to do so. World Showcase comprises of eleven different countries and highlights their cultures, entertainment, and food. There are many dining opportunities throughout EPCOT year round, and World Showcase hosts many Festivals throughout the year with tasting sized portions at many MANY locations. In December you will experience the Festival of the Holidays, which also brings with it extra entertainment and activities.

Animal Kingdom:

The highlight ride at Animal Kingdom is Avatar Flight of Passage in Pandora-The World of Avatar. Kilimanjaro Safaris is a must do to see a wide variety of animals, and for thrills try Expedition Everest. For entertainment you'll find cultural performers, Festival of the Lion King, and UP! A Great Bird Adventure to name just a few. Don't miss Conservation Station, where you might see animals being treated, and join in the kid and adult Wilderness Explorer program. 

Quick service dining includes Satu'li Canteen, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Harambe Market. Table service dining locations include the upscale Tiffins, Donald's Dining Safari at Tusker House character Meal, and Yak & Yeti.
